Quaint Original Mission Arts & Crafts Heavy Quarter Sawn Oak Stool C. 1890-1910

This unique antique stool is a beautiful addition to any room, with its classic Mission Arts & Crafts style and sturdy quarter sawn oak construction. The table top is made of high-quality wood and features a lovely tiger oak finish. The table is fully assembled and can be used both indoors and outdoors. The antique stool is in its original condition and has been well maintained.

Despite its age, it is still in excellent shape and has no visible signs of wear and tear. It is a rare find and a must-have for any Mission Arts & Crafts collector. Constructed of heavy Mission Quarter Sawn Oak (tiger oak), with solid corbeled side supports box braced interior(also in mission oak) and early mission period round head fasteners.

Incredible original shape for 114-135 years of age. Squat quaint design with corbel shapes, chamfered top, splayed key hole cut outs and a complete quarter sawn oak construction with the distinctive'tiger stripe'.

Condition is excellent for its age. All the small dings and dents and separations of time. Stool is extremely sturdy and may be used as foot and leg support as designed or as a step up. At the buyers discretion and utility of course.
