A Handsome Oak Partner's Desk Art Crafts Style. The attractive massive desk is really an eye catcher and in fair condition for its age. Pieces such as this desk are especially appropriate for large Victorian renovations, but especially great for an architect office to give that nostalgic look. This desk has a great old patina, a prominent boldness and nice shape to the drawer pulls. This Partner's Desk has drawers and leaves on each end, designed for two people (hence the term "partners").

The partners face each other for easier communication. Each has his own working and storage space. This dark golden oak partners desk dates from the early 1900s, with nice Arts & Craft style- The simple design on the drawers, pulls, ends is keeping with that style. The top is made of a number of thick Tongue and groove planks. Dimensions are very approximately 52" wide by 58" deep and about 30 inches tall. It is in fair condition for its age. The top has some joint separation and the desk is unfortunately missing one drawer. An extra drawer could easily be fabricated by a carpenter. I think there are a number of innernet resources where parts can be found. Its a vintage desk, so there are some scratches, nicks, and blemishes. The drawers operate fine, only need a little soap so they will slide easy. The bottoms of the drawers on a few may be slightly dinged up, but they are intact.

If this desk were in perfect condition it would be listed at a much higher price. It is perfect for a home office, or two writers, two artists, or two architects!
