Very hard to find Art Mission with the drawer in the base Globe Wernicke barrister bookcase dating to about 1910. The finish is original to the piece and the majority of the Globe Wernicke labels are still present on the back wall inside each book section. This bookcase has the squared mushroom style brass door pulls. It also has the brass drawer pulls as well. Sometimes the drawer pulls are oak.
This bookcase is comprised of 5 stacking pieces. We start with the 4 legged base with the drawer, followed by 3 glass doored book sections. Each of the book sections is a different height giving great versatility for your books or collectibles. One section is 8 1/2" tall, the next is 10 1/4" tall and finally the largest is 12 1/4 tall. All of those heights are what will fit underneath the doors when they are open and slid back.
The depth of the book sections are all 9 1/2" The bottom drawer is 3 3/8" tall, 8 7/8" from front to back and 31 1/2" wide. I have had multiple former customers come back for a second bookcase. This bookcase is available for local pick-up. If you do not see what you are looking for I may be able to find it for you or I may have it and I have not listed it yet.
