With our highest compliments Bay Colony Antiques is proud to offer for sale this exceptional 10 drawer Tiger Oak Industrial file cabinet. We've been having trouble keeping files in stock with the major rise in people working from home.

All 10 drawers actuate with ease and can be easily removed from the case which is especially nice when you have to move it. Generally all cabinets were designed like this but over the years the mechanisms can bind and it becomes a major pain. We removed all the drawers to verify we could, and it's much better to move the cabinet that way. This cabinet is quite large measuring 48 3/4" wide x 32" deep x 39 1/2. Each drawer measures 20" wide x 27 1/2" deep with 4 3/4 of useable height.

The file features nice bold grain tiger oak all throughout the piece with double paneled sides & a four panel back. The cabinet is in wonderful condition with our only note being a swapped handle on the bottom right drawer. We've been exceptionally busy lately and have more back logged estates than we'd like to admit but we'll try to get everything processed in a timely manner. We remain resolute in our aspirations to present to our clients the best of the best from the comfort & safety of their homes. You can expect the items we sell to have reasonable wear and tear. Due to the large volume of goods we deal in we cannot describe items in minutia. We do our best to give you an accurate condition report in our description of the items. We have expert woodworkers and re-finishers on staff to service any piece of furniture we offer.

We represent all merchandise in absolute good faith and to the very best of our ability. We perform this service without the cost of labor as an appreciation for your patronage. This and our volume shippers discount creates a substantial lower cost for you. They are not furniture movers who bring the items into your home.

We can get you special services in certain cases, but you are responsible for telling us you require them and for the extra cost of these services, if you instruct our shippers to provide services beyond curbside deliveries. We are responsible for any additional services and charged for these services. Again the process is all designed to protect your investment and is an option offered for your protection. We dont like to send nice people off with things tied to roof racks.

We are not a storage facility. We are happy to hold your items for a reasonable pre-agreed upon period. We have a zero tolerance policy for non-paying buyers. Any offer we accept is a binding sale and subject to the conditions herein. Massachusetts General Law applies to all sales.
