ANTIQUE CRAFTSMAN MISSION STYLE ARTS & CRAFTS WIDE MANTLE BAR MIRROR 82 x 20.5

In images it is placed on a fireplace to show scale. Beautiful antique built in - we believe this was at one time the top half of a dining room side board. Measurements: 82" Wide x 20 1/2" Ht. Depth forward for side plinth blocks on top 6" extension forward - on bottom 4" extension forward.

Mirror Glass only approximate measurement is 13 1/4" x 69 1/2" (Side thickness of wood before mirror begins is 6 1/4 inch on either side of mirror). Overall size including wood frame 82" x 20 1/2". Mission / Arts & Crafts Style Mantel Mirror, Unusual Piece. Great height to incorporate to a kitchen backsplash, such an unusual size scale.

I think this style would make an amazing mud room coat rack with the addition of coat hooks. Or used as a bar area backdrop for decanters. Would be amazing as a bar area backdrop. Or in a long hallway as a wall mount. Could be used as a buffet mirror on a sideboard style cabinet. Authentic Original Craftsman Mission Style, Arts and Crafts vintage Mirror, wonderful scale.

I believe it is a salvage item, originally a built in for a mission style home. Original finish with some aging of mirror and wood. True date would be better determined by an antiques dealer. I was told the wood it probably Oak but may be American Maple, it is a medium wood, to me looks like Oak.

Brings a vintage feel to an area, really great size. Typical vintage condition, with some spots of aging on the mirror itself, it has aging and mars on the wood as well as a little bit of paint that can be removed.
